Katy leads an energetic boxing class on Monday evenings. A full body workout with timed rounds incorporating various punch combinations and high intensity fitness drills. Non contact. With over 5 years experience teaching boxing for fitness, you'll be sure to work up a sweat!

Kari-Ann leads spinning sessions on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings. A 45 minute class focusing on strength, speed, and endurance, with choreography designed to work and tone every muscle group in the body. For those looking for an intense cardio workout, it's definitely worth giving a spin class a go.
